Porcupine Quills - Dyed

Porcupine quills have been used to embellish clothing, basketry, bags and other items since the pre-contact period. Quillwork is a truly traditional Native American craft.

We offer both natural and a selection of colored quills packaged in 1/4 oz or 1 oz sizes. Lengths average 2" long (1"-3"). (Remember, quills are hollow and lightweight)a 1 oz packages contain over 3000 quills).

See below for links to the Dyed Porcupine Quills and Quillworking books.
