This unique mask from the Northwest Coast is made from cedar wood. It is handcarved with holes for the eyes, nose and mouth and painted in white, black, red and blue. It is signed on the back in ink J. Johnny. Oiltan lace is strung through it for hanging and ther is a tack with another hanging loop at the top. The mask measures approx. 11 inches in diameter and approx. 5 inches deep with a convex back. This vintage item was likely made in the 1980s. An eye catching display piece, it is One of a Kind!
