Fluffs
These are short fluffy feathers used on bonnets, bustles, scalp feathers, jewelry, etc. They are inserted into tin cones for colorful decoration on outfits or earrings. Select from 2-4" long tip fluffs or 4-8" long base fluffs. Inset photo displays approx. size difference.
Assorted color packages combine multi colors of both tips and base fluffs. Sold loose, not strung, in 1 ounce or 1 pound packages.
